 1.   Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede                        Dixie Stampede Arena

This show is one of the best shows for children in Branson.  Children of all ages will love the whole experience.  The performers do a very job of making the show entertaining, classy, and beautiful at the same time.  The dinner is very nice and you will not go away hungry.  The dinner is very nice and you will not go away hungry. The menu consists of a whole rotisserie chicken, smoked barbecue pork loin, buttered corn on the cob, creamy vegetable soup, herb-basted potato, flakey apple pastry and unlimited Pepsi, diet Pepsi, tea, coffee, or water.  The contest part of the show is my favorite segment.  It really gets exciting with the final contest deciding the winner of the evening.   The races are exciting and entertaining at the same time.  The performers do a very job of making the show entertaining, classy, and beautiful all at the same time.  After all is seen, this attraction is a wonderful family experience.  I rate this show experience a 10.

 2.   Branson Landing Cruises/Dinner On The Princess   Branson Landing

The cruise is a wonderful experience.  Eating while the ship is moving silently through the water is astounding.  The food is very good and served with elegance and efficiently.  The table setting is purely formal and this might give your children a taste of a formal dinner.  The view is tremendous and is very enjoyable while you glide through the water toward Rockaway Beach.  The choice to have a cocktail is totally yours.  By the time you get back to the Branson Landing dock you will be in time to see the hourly fire and water show at the Landing.  The creator of this event also created the water display at Las Vegas' Bilaggio Hotel.  You will enjoy this attraction immensely.  I rate this attraction a 10.

 3.   Butterfly Palace And Rain Forrest Adventure               Butterfly Palace

This attraction is a very nice and colorful place to visit.  You will enjoy sitting in a rocking chair and watching all of the butterflies fly around you.  The critter center contains many displays of the different insects, lizards and animals that live in the rainforest.  The room of mirrors is a maze consisting of mirrors that you try to go through without bumping into yourself.  This attraction is beautiful, entertaining, enjoyable and educational all at the same time.  Be sure to keep your kids from touching the butterflies, because it does harm them.  I rate this attraction a 10.

4.      Kirby VanBurch Cat Tour                                           Kirby VanBurch Theater

This is a nice behind the scenes tour.  You get to see the cats in their quarters after the show.  You can see that their cages are clean and have numerous toys for the cats to amuse themselves.  They are fed on a regular schedule and we are warned about allowing the cats to see food or drinks in our hands.  The most amazing thing of the tour to me was the way the props for the illusions are stored behind stage.  This is a nice feature for families.  The charge is $25.00 for a complete family consisting of Mom, Dad, and the children.  Not too bad to see the beautiful cats in person and the back stage props and just the idea of seeing the lights and equipment in the raftors needed to do some of the illusions.  I rate this attraction a 9.

1.   Titanic Museum Attraction                                           Titanic Ship

This is a fantastic museum.  I learn more each time I take the tour.  You get to experience so many neat things during your tour.  How cold was the water?  How long can you stand to put your hand in the cold water.  You will learn numerous things that you did not know before the tour.  There are so many stories and questions that can be answered by the educated, friendly and engaging staff.  Ask them about the ship and then stand back and listen to their reply?  You might be lucky to ask the 23 questions that I have listed in the Review section of this website.  It should give you joy to find out the answers.  I learned so many new things on this tour that I want everyone to learn them also.  Print the questions from my review and take them with you as you tour the ship.  It might heighten your enjoyment.  I rate this museum a 10.

1.     57th Heaven                                                                                                                         Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theater

I could not make up my mind which was the best, so I ranked them both, the Titanic and 5th Heaven, number 1.  This museum contains 66 1957 automobiles, of which 32 are convertibles, in a 32,000 square feet display area on the first level of the Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theater.  I personally think that the 1957 model year is absolutely the best year of car design since the first automobile came out over 110 years ago.  The cars were restored by Glenn Schmidt of Tempe, AZ.  They are completely restored.  The cars are dry but runnable if the fluids were put into the crankcase and the rest of the areas that have liquid.  The hall also includes many pieces of memorabilia of the era.  There are models of a working garage, drive-in movie, drive-in movie concession stand, motel, and a model of a futuristic home.  Anyone who lived in the 40's and 50's would really enjoy this museum.  Anyone interested in the history of the automobile would also be interested.  Safety features were incorporated in the cars very slowly.  I rate this museum a 10.

3.     Ripley's Believe It Or Not                                                Ripley's Odditorium

You take a tour of the oddities of our world and the historical artifacts that Mr. Ripley collected in his life.  The beautifully made models of ships, churches, buildings, etc. makes this museum worth seeing. Be sure to read the many dozen pictures of "Believe It Or Not" picture frames on the walls as you tour.  The most amazing items that I enjoyed were the many models made out of odd things, or carved from a solid piece of jade, wood and others.   The matchstick models are extremely interesting as well as the carved model of the Cathedral Of Milan.  This museum is well worth your time and money.  Learning disabled children will also love it.  I know my son absolutely loves it.  I rate this museum a 9.
